GOOGLE TO RELEASE SECURITY UPDATES FOR CHROME ON APRIL 14, 2021

Several vulnerabilities have been discovered in the Google Chrome browser, the most serious of which could allow an attacker to control an affected computer and view, change or delete data.

Google released Chrome version 90.0.4430.72 for Windows, Mac and Linux. This version fixes security holes that an attacker can exploit to gain control over an affected system.

Make sure your system is running the updated version of the Chrome browser. These are often updated automatically when you close and then reopen your browser.

To verify that you are running the latest version of 90.0.4430.72:

Windows: In your browser, go to Help> About Chrome.

Mac: In the browser, click the title of the top menu bar for Chrome> About Google Chrome
